實車介紹

● ワム1・3500形是登場於大正時代的有蓋貨車，作為當時鐵道省的標準型有蓋車而活躍，各地私鐵也大量引進了同型車輛。

雖然演進至後年進行了車門鋼製化、追加筋交（斜撐）補強等各式各樣的改造並持續活躍，但隨著「ヨンサントオ（昭和43年10月）」時刻表改正帶來的貨物列車提速，絕大多數車輛皆已退役。
