The miniature model consists of 35 different parts and is highlighted by superb details such as fully functioning steering system, removable hood revealing the V16 engine, air intake slots and openings for the 16 chrome exhaust pipes. Further highlights are true spoke wheels, front windshield, various chrome parts, detailed printing and metallic body finish.

In 1935, professor Ferdinand Porsche launched the most powerful race car in its time, the new Auto Union Type C powered by a mighty V16 engine of 6005 ccm, 520 hp and reaching a maximum speed of 340 km/h. Success was inevitable. Of 30 Grand Prix sessions, Bernd Rosemeyer the famous race car pilot, finished off
10 Grand Prix sessions on first place and 5 sessions on second or third position. He was doubtlessly the most successful Grand Prix pilot in Auto Union's history.
